Our 24/7 call centre is manned right here in Australia. Calls are escalated according to urgency to ensure issues are resolved within agreed response times and KPIs.
For exceptionally urgent situations, we offer the option of a rapid 1-hour response. This flexibility and mobility ensures our clients enjoy complete peace of mind knowing productivity disruption will be minimised.
