Joondalup Resort Hotel

Australian Airconditioning Services in house design teams were awarded the replacement project for the hotels chiller plant. A York variable speed chiller incorporating screw compressors was selected for the project. New Hi Level Building Management System Interface was provided to allow efficient control of the new chiller to exactly match cooling requirements. New pump sets & variable speed drives were installed to ensure correct chilled water flows to all areas. Australian Airconditioning Services completed the installation ahead of time within budget with minimal disruption to the Hotels operations.
